PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

Orders placed through greemotion.com are processed within 24 hours of receipt, or on the following Monday if placed over a weekend. During holidays, orders are processed the following open business day. Order processing during sale or promotional periods may take longer due to high volume.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Greemotion utilizes different shipping companies to deliver orders. Our shipping methods include Ground shipping and Standard Freight with curbside delivery service. White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery times vary but can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.

Delivery Methods

• Ground Shipping: Smaller items will be shipped with FedEx or UPS Ground. Delivery time is typically within 3-7 days. Expedited shipping can be provided for an additional fee and must be requested during the ordering process.
• Standard Freight (curbside): Your order will be delivered to the curb of your business or residence. This does not include the removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item. Expect a phone call from the delivery team requesting a delivery appointment.*
• White Glove: Your order will be delivered to your room of choice and includes the unpacking and/or unwrapping of your item. Packing materials will be removed and taken with the delivery company. Some light assembly may be included. Expect a phone call from the delivery team requesting a delivery appointment.*

*MISSED DELIVERIES: If you agree to a scheduled delivery day/window and are not available to receive the goods at the scheduled time, the delivery team may contact you to reschedule delivery for a different day. A re-delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
